We have been completely overwhelmed with interest in our charcuterie products since the new series of The Hairy Bikers Go Local was aired. Consequently, we have a backlog of orders to process.
You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched.
Pre-Ordered Items:
Your complete order will be sent out to you as soon as all items are available for dispatch. The curing and air-drying process takes time. We do have more stock coming through our system*. However, the dispatch of pre-ordered items are likely to result in a delay of 2-4 weeks... I promise you, it's worth the wait.

Next Day Delivery:
If you have opted for next day delivery, we will send out your order as soon as it becomes available via a 24 hour tracking service, i.e. you'll get the parcel within 24 hours of its dispatch.
Fresh Pork products
Our delicious fresh pork products are pre-order items. We butcher pigs on a fortnightly basis to make sausages, bacon, pork boxes, etc.
