Welsh Smokehouse


The Baker's Pig offer a range of hand-crafted, naturally smoked products from our own traditional Welsh Smokehouse. We lightly smoke a selection of our air-dried and fully cured meats and salami over oak, beech and apple wood fires and we produce some of the most delicious traditional Welsh-style salted bacons and hams. 

All the woods used in our smoking process have been ethically sourced from a local furniture maker.
