Nduja, pronounced (en-doo-ya), is an Italian-style spreadable salami that originates from Calabria, southern Italy. Nduja will make an ideal accompaniment to any charcuterie board. Nduja is a very versitile salami, that is commonly used as a pizza topping. It can also be added to ragu sauces or incorporated into Eggs in Purgatory - delish!
Alternatively, for a truly authentic experience - try spreading this firey-hot salami onto freshly baked crusty bread. This is how many Italians enjoy Nduja. It's not suprising they call this little gem red nuttella.
