The Baker's Pig are proud to offer a range of products that are 100% Nitrite Free. Our nitrite-free range includes our air dried Italian Coppa hams (pork collar). We believe in keeping the process simple. In the case of our air-dried hams, we simply add sea salt, a few herbs & spices and bucket-loads of fresh mountain air, straight off the Brecon Beacons National Park. Each muscle is carefully dried to produce a mouth watering product that won't stop winning awards. If you haven't tried our air-dried hams, then you really haven't lived - they're truly delicious.

We can also make nitrite-free bacon and nitrite-free pancetta. If you are interested in either of these products, then please get in touch.
