Welcome to the Baker's Blog - these are the ramblings of a couple of Welsh pig farmers who escaped the city, bought a farm at auction and began their own charcuterie business in the foot hills of the Black Mountain on the edge of the Brecon Beacons National Park. These blogs detail our journey: what we've been up to during the past 8 years of isolation; what it is like living like two hermit crabs in a single shell and how deep does mud need to get before you lose both your wellies?
